Oregon Revised Statutes and Administrative Rules

New Optometry Rules in Effect: The Oregon Board of Optometry adopted revised administrative rules that govern the practice of optometry in the state at a meeting on December 21, 2012. Those rules are now in effect. You may now download a copy of the most current compilation of the Optometry Statutes and Administrative Rules dated January 1, 2013.
