Meetings of the Oregon Board of Optometry are held in the second floor conference room at the Board's office location at 1900 Hines Street, Mezzanine Level, Salem, Oregon. Board meetings are scheduled in advance as needed, usually no less than four times a year. Meetings of the Board are open to the public. However, during portions of the meeting the Board is in Executive Session as indicated on the agenda for that meeting. Executive Sessions are closed to the public pursuant to ORS 192.0660(1)(f)(h). In accordance with ORS 192.640, the Board mails notice of meetings of the Oregon Board of Optometry to all individuals or organizations that have requested to be on its mailing list.

The next regular meeting of the Board is scheduled for May 10, 2013 in the second floor conference room at 1900 Hines Street, Salem Oregon 97302. The Notice and Agenda for this meeting will be available here, and will be sent to individuals who have requested to be placed on the Board's list of interested parties.
Additional regular meetings are scheduled for August 9, 2013 and November 22, 2013. The Notices and Agendas for these meetings will be posted here before the meetings and will be sent to individuals who have requested to be placed on the Board's list of interested parties.
